Skill-ed is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for every child. This policy outlines our shared expectations of conduct.

1. Our Commitment

We uphold zero tolerance for any behaviour that compromises the safety, dignity or well-being of a child.

2. Expected Conduct

Students, staff and parents are expected to treat one another with kindness, respect and honesty at all times.

3. Safeguarding

All staff are guided by clear safeguarding practices, and any concern is taken seriously and addressed promptly.

4. Reporting

Any concern regarding conduct or safety can be raised confidentially with the school management at info@skill-ed.in.

5. Action

Reported concerns are reviewed fairly and addressed in the best interest of the children in our care.
